Priya Visuals ("PV Frames", "we", "us", "our") is a photo frame and photo printing business based in Tamil Nadu, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you contact us on WhatsApp or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details: your WhatsApp phone number and the name shown on your WhatsApp profile.
- Order details: delivery name, address, PIN code, phone number, frame size and design choices, price and payment status (for example Cash on Delivery).
- Photos you send us: the photos you share so that we can make your frame or print.
- Messages: the messages, voice notes and media you exchange with us on WhatsApp.
We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords, OTPs or government ID numbers through WhatsApp.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and send you the information you asked for.
- To prepare, edit, print, pack and deliver your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
- To improve the photo (for example brightness, background or clean-up) before we send you a preview. We only send an edited photo to you after we have reviewed it.
- To keep records of orders and billing, and to prevent mistakes and misuse.
We send you WhatsApp messages only in connection with your enquiry or order, or when you have agreed to receive messages from us.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform): to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- Cloudflare: to host our systems and store files securely.
- AI image-processing services: your photo may be sent to an AI photo-editing service only to create the edited version of that photo.
- Courier and postal partners: your name, address and phone number, only to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
4. How long we keep information
We keep chat history, photos and order records for as long as needed to complete your order, handle returns or complaints, and meet accounting and legal requirements. Photos and chats may be removed from our systems after this period.
5. Data security
Our systems are protected by login access, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information, including your photos and chat history.
- You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
7. Data deletion request
To delete your data, send us a WhatsApp message saying "Delete my data" from the number you used with us. Please include your Cus ID or PVC ID if you have one. We will delete your photos, chats and address details within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
8. Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 without a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the last update.
